There are 4 different prints in Sb, 3 character prints and one merc print. they are not interchangeable, you can not use a character print on a merc or a merc print on a character.
The way to tell the difference between the prints, is to go into your packpack and click on the print that you want to use and make sure it is the right print, you can tell what class print it is and why it may not be showing when you try to upgrade the character or mercs items.
The Wraithbone elite dungeon has more than one weapon boss, one drops merc prints, the other drops the character print, this is the BLUE prints that are dropped in the Dungeon, so you need to clear all the dungeons in Wraithbone to get all of the prints

KOG Games clearly is hoping to up its so-so player ratings by dropping in new content and revisiting some of the old. This week Elsword saw the addition of a new Profession System that lets level 40 players pick one of three talents: Alchemist, Blacksmith or Treasure Hunter.
The new Professions are meant to give players greater enhancement abilities, depending on level (Professions go up to level 10) and a leg-up compared to players who haven't yet chosen one. Professions can also be changed with Profession Change Tickets.
In addition to the new system, KOG is hoping to draw players back to the old Ruben and Elder regions with longer dungeons, more streamlined terrain and bigger, badder monsters. New story-rich cutscenes have also been added.
